I am so sorry to hear of Mr Unkel's passing. he was a big part of my childhood.I remember the day he decided it was time for me to broaden my culinary horizons and had me try pheasant,deer meat, bear meat and a host of other things he hunted. He was a great man who had the gift of humor .I rarely saw him without a smile or laughing. My deepest condolences to all of you.Sandy,I am so sorry.love you .
