Condolence From: S. A. Brown
Condolence: Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the loss of your
loved one Steven. In the Bible, a man named Job raised the
question: “If a man dies can he live again?” Then he (Job)
answered: “I shall wait [in the grave] until my relief comes.
[God] will call, and I will answer him.” (Job 14:13-15) What a
joy it will be when that time arrives and the dead are reunited
with their loved ones! “What happens when you die”, Find the

Condolence From: John Huebner
Condolence: Behr Family, I am so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and the whole family during this difficult time. I met Steve at Fort Monmouth in 2001 and worked with him for several years. Steve was a great guy and we enjoyed many TDY trips and also got out fishing several times, which I would say was Steve's passion. Many enjoyable days on Cocoa Beach at Coconuts during our assignment in Orlando. He will truly be missed. John & Denise Huebner

Condolence From: Tom Webster
Condolence: I'm so very sorry to hear of Steve's passing.

I had the opportunity to interact with Steve on a project a couple years back. He was extremely helpful, offering input and several solid alternative solutions to our original plan.

I enjoyed any opportunity to catch up with Steve at gatherings and picnics here at APG.

He will certainly be missed.

My sincere condolences to his family, you'll be remembered in prayer by many in the days ahead.
