Obituary for Paul J Morello
Paul J. Morello of Old Bridge, age 87, died Saturday March 3, 2018 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge with his loving family by his side. Paul worked for A&P for over 40 years. Paul loved his community, he was involved with the St. Bernadette’s Knights of Columbus, St. Bernadette’s Friday Bingo, Sayreville American Legion, and he was the current President of the St. Bernadette’s Senior Citizen Club. Paul was a loving husband, father, grandfather, friend and so much more; he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Paul is predeceased by his parents Michael & Nancy Morello, his beloved wife Geraldine and his companion Mary Rella. Surviving are his adored children Paul G. Morello & Linda A. Powers and his dearly loved grandchildren Bryan Powers & Megan Szraga as well as his nieces Barbara Crivelli, Lorraine Masi, Kathleen Monaco and his great nieces & nephews and his best friends & their family the Cranga/Campece Family.
Funeral services will be Saturday 9:30am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral home with a 10am mass at St. Bernadette’s R.C. Church with an entombment at Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick, NJ. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Friday from 4pm to 8pm. Letters of condolence, direction and completed funeral arrangements can be found at www.spezzifuneralhome.com .
