Obituary for Patricia Vamos (Kozlakowski)
Parlin
Patricia Kozlakowski Vamos, age 80 of Parlin, passed away Tuesday March 28, 2017 at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune. Born in Perth Amboy, she had lived in Parlin for 54 years. Before her retirement, Patricia worked for many years as a secretary for Tenneco Chemical in Fords. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart RC Church in South Amboy.
She is predeceased by her parents Joseph and Catherine Kozlakowski, her sister Doris McGrory and her husband John Vamos.
Surviving are her nephew Scott McGrory and his wife Christine, their daughters Megan, Lauren, and Caryn, all of Freehold, her sister-in-law Arline Vamos of Port Reading and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be Thursday 10:30am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane with an 11am funeral mass to follow at Sacred Heart RC Church in South Amboy. Entombment will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Parlin.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm.
