Maria Zamoyski departed her earthly home on September 18, 2016 to be with the Lord. Maria was born in Pinsk, Poland, resided in South River for many years before moving to Sunrise Assisted Living in East Brunswick where she was cared for by many wonderful people.

Maria was predeceased by her loving husband Adam in 2007, her parents Jadwiga and Kazimierz Butewicz and her brothers Longin, Jozef and Jan Butewicz. She will be missed by her children Andrew Zamoyski and his wife Michiko and Mary Stewart, also her grandchildren Alex and Jan Zamoyski, Allison Michaelis and her husband Bill and Michael Stewart.

Maria was very religious and was a communicant of Saint Mary of Ostrabrama R. C. Church in South River.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 10:30am from the Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Avenue South River followed by an 11am mass at Saint Mary of Ostrabrama R. C. Church in South River with burial to follow at Saint Mary’s Cemetery, East Brunswick.
